My expertise is winning funding by applying for grants from trusts, foundations, BBC Children in Need and the National Lottery for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
I am also experienced in applying to and winning contracts from local and national government; managing and writing large, complex bids as well as smaller ones.
What does Vision Mission do?
- Help you develop your bidding strategy
- Search for suitable funding opportunities
- Help develop your offer and explain your organisation’s journey of change or, put simply, tell the story of how you make a difference and why you should be supported
- Manage the bidding process making sure your application is complete, of high quality and submitted to deadline
- Manage the online portals
- Write the response to the funder’s questions making sure your answers address what is important to them (helping the funder understand why you can meet their aims and goals)
- Follow up submissions, making sure any subsequent questions asked by the funder are addressed
In short, I can help you and your team develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to manage your own bidding strategy and applications – and support you until you’re ready to do so.
